Thank you for choosing an original artwork by Eugene Ivanov. We take great care in preparing each painting for its journey to its new home.

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping, courtesy of the artist, on all original artworks purchased through our online gallery.

Shipping is included in the artwork price, with no additional shipping charges at checkout. Please note that applicable import duties and taxes are not included.

Order Processing & Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure its safe arrival.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing, packaging and dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if additional preparation time is required.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times consist of order processing and carrier transit time:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, local holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

We work with different shipping carriers to accommodate destinations and individual delivery requirements.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are not included in the artwork price and are not collected by Eugene Ivanov Gallery at checkout.

Where applicable, customs authorities or the shipping carrier may request payment before releasing or delivering your artwork.

We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout.

Shipping availability may be affected by carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to arrange delivery to your address, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

We take particular care when packaging original artworks.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at theeugeneivanovmail@gmail.com, preferably with photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate the situation with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Please verify your delivery address before completing your purchase.

If you need to correct an address, modify an order, or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

Once an artwork has been shipped, delivery arrangements may be difficult to modify. Cancellations, returns and refunds remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
